My family had our annual memorial day barbecue last night and my friend and I made these brussels sprouts that everyone loved and they’re so simple (but not very healthy).
We made a lot of bacon in a skillet and then placed it on a plate lined with paper towels to clear off the excess fat from individual pieces. We left all of the bacon grease remaining in the skillet and added brussels sprouts, salt, and pepper. Once the brussels sprouts were cooked through and slightly charred, we crumbled the cooked bacon on them. They were amazing and we kept getting compliments on them throughout the evening.
