If you’re ever in Copenhagen, GO HERE! This was one of those multi step build your own kind of burger places, but less overwhelming than some of the places where you literally have to choose everything and end up getting over ambitious and making something gross. They have a few topping combinations and then you choose your bun, meat, side, and dipping sauce. This was the Zürich burger, which came with lettuce, pickled red onions, cheddar, chili-fried mushrooms (they kind of just tasted like sautéed mushrooms), and it came with a potato pancake as the top bun. It also came with a side of herb butter that was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. I went for the regular bun for the bottom and the beef burger. For my side I picked vinegar fries and instead of fries drizzled with vinegar, they did something that kept them crispy and the inside had the vinegar flavor and these might be my favorite fries ever. Then I got some type of aioli as my dipping sauce, also great. Also, half of this burger was enough to put me in a food coma.
